I sure do like me some Pal's and this location offers the same quality you can expect from any other. If you're a visitor to the tricities who likes a good cheap burger Pal's is the place for you.

If you haven't tried it your missing out it's a staple of North East Tennessee

Food and service is really good. Nice sitting area to enjoy your food. After years of patronage I've noticed they don't seem to hire people with tattoos and piercing.

Not all Pal's are the same. This one is the best hands down. No drive-thru so the employees can focus directly to the customers right in front of them. The food is better even though all the Pals offer the same menu. The tea is hands down the best and I feel the employees are friendlier than the drive-thru only locations and by FAR the coolest building!!

We love pal's for breakfast the cheddar rounds are the best. When we visit Kingsport pal's is always on top on the list for a visit. The sweet tea is great also and you can get it by gallon. Hands down pal's is a great place to grab a quick bite to eat.

Consistently fast and correct. Food is always spot on.

Pals is an original, local, fast food place. Third one is theft original, i believe, and the only one where you go in to order. There is no dining area, only order area and it's to go. From burgers to chipped ham sandwiches to hot dogs, frenchie fries, and good sweet tea, they have your drive in style foods covered, all the way down to these best milkshakes around. And, for all those local Dr. Enuf fans, yes, they have it on tap. Only place that does, to my knowledge. Service is always friendly at pals.

The first Pals that ever opened. Loved it. No drive thru but the food and service was outstanding. Will definitely be back.

Those were good hot dogs! Be sure to ask for mayo on them.

We love Pal's. Whenever we are in town, our first stop is at Pal's. The burgers are great. Also, try a chili bun, you will love it. The Frenchie Fries are the best and we love the Peanut Butter Milkshakes.

Quick place to drop by and dine. They have mostly burgers, sandwiches, fries and drinks. They are good. You can eat outside as there is only ordering inside like Sonic. Or in you car or carry out. Fast, friendly service. Very good employees and service.

What a great place. Awesome hotdogs and French Fries. It’s a small local chain from my wife’s home town that serves hotdogs, chili dogs, burgers and fries with a super size sweet ice tea ( or unsweetened ) to wash it down and all at fantastically low prices. I was able to feed my family of 6 (2 of which are teenagers) for about 40$.

This is a very small place. No inside seating, a few tables outside. The food is great and cheap. Our group had saucy burgers, hot dogs, chipped ham and fries, chocolate shakes--- all very good. The fries are seasoned. 😋

One of my kids favorite places to eat. The cooking and waiting areas are always well maintained. The staff is friendly and polite. Has always been a good place to grab a quick bit to eat.

Always good service.. Went by there a few wks ago.. Went to pay and the gentleman in front of me paid for my order.. That was awesome!!!

Amazing food and quick service. The Frenchie fries are amazing, the sauce burgers are amazing and the iced tea is a "must have". I am personally not a fan of the breakfast, though I am in the minority who doesn't like the cheddar rounds). This has got to be a must stop fast food if you are in the region.

They are extremely kind. The orders are correct I would say each and every time. It's never a long wait and if it's a wait it's worth it. With fresh food, for the unique taste of the pal service the pals secrets in there unique menus. It is something for family and definitely available for all ages. Definitely a splurge for a health goer.

Pals is by far best thing to ever happen to Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia, their food is spectacular and I love this location more than most because they have peanut butter milkshakes and thats just what I ordered.
